Individuals join a trained therapist for one-on-one consultations in a safe and open setting. Weekly individual therapy sessions generally last 50 minutes.
For couples who have run into emotional trouble, become stuck in one of life's confusing transitions, or just want to make sure their relationship gets off to a healthy start, relationship counseling is highly valuable.
Therapist-led group therapy is useful both as a supplement and an alternative to individual therapy. It provides real-life feedback and interaction among the clients.
